RST 220 - The Religious Imagination


“The Religious Imagination” explores the myriad ways that human beings have encountered “the sacred” as an alluring yet perplexing horizon of existence. The course examines the rich variety of such encounters as they have been expressed across history and cultures.  Students will also explore how our ideas of the self, society and the cosmos are shaped by the religious imagination.
