PSY 623 - Stress: Affective, Cognitive and Behavioral Components This course will describe the sources and consequences of stress. Relevant personality theory, terminology and human physiology will be explored. A variety of instruments which measure stress levels will be utilized. Direct and palliative coping strategies such as cognitive restructuring, assertiveness training and imagery will be taught. Lecture Credits: 3 Offered in the Fall Semester
