MNG 645 - Power And Influence This course addresses the following topics: the basic dynamics of power in organizations, with particular attention to sources of power causes of political instability and the effective management of conflict; the effective use of influence tactics in the context of situational and personal factors; and understanding of the range of behaviors that comprise people’s influence styles, as well as identifying one’s own influence style profile; and the effective development of competencies, influence skills, and sources of power in one’s career. Lecture Credits: 3 Prerequisite: MBA 570 Offered in Spring Trimester
