FIN 640 - Investment Analysis This course is a survey of issues relating to investment in financial assets and analysis of these investments. The major themes to be discussed include the risk-return trade-off, valuation, portfolio selection and management, hedging, equilibrium pricing, and investment strategies. Foundation material is provided through discussions of the investment environment, markets and instruments, trading procedures and interest rate determination. Lecture 3 Credits Prerequisite: MBA 550
