The Project Management Certificate prepares students to plan, organize, secure, and manage resources to bring about beneficial change or added value. Students develop knowledge and capabilities that will help them lead and manage projects across many different settings and disciplines. Students can take courses in such topics as project management, project finance, risk management, decision making, contract law, and total quality management, among others.
