Language Requirement

All students majoring in international business must demonstrate proficiency in a language other than English. This can be satisfied by three semesters coursework in the same non-English language, or a proficiency exam.

Students who choose to major in international business must complete the following:

MKT 414 - International Marketing Credits: 3
MNG 414 - International Management Credits: 3
Students must take a 3-credit study abroad course when offered in any business discipline. International students may substitute an additional international business course for this requirement.

Three of the following (9 credits):

MKT 350 - Global Fashion Marketing Credits: 3

Students may take one of the following internship courses in any business discipline so long as the advisor approves it as relevant to international business:

B. Minor Requirement

The program in international business requires the student to pursue a business minor. A second business major is encouraged, when possible.
