Biology is the study of life, from the smallest molecules required for cellular life to entire ecosystems and communities. A Bachelor of Arts in Biology is designed for students with a passion for life sciences and who seek a versatile education that includes an interdisciplinary approach. The BA offers flexibility in science courses so that students can tailor their education to align with their interests and career goals, which may include medical and pharmaceutical sales, public health, scientific communication, occupational therapy, or environmental science. Students are required to select an approved minor in a non-STEM, liberal arts field to complement their interests in Biology and craft their academic pathway to their interests.
