The objective of these programs is to prepare students for careers in management, by providing intensive training in executive skills needed to meet the challenges of business management in today’s global environment.
The program in human resource management, offered by the Management and Health Care Management Department is designed to specifically address the challenges faced in the management of human resources in private corporations and public institutions. The development of decision making and problem solving skills will be emphasized in the areas of human resource planning, development, training, recruitment, selection and retention, and global human resource management.
