CRJ 750 - Critical Issues in Criminal Justice A study of current issues, problems and challenges facing the American criminal justice system. Topics include justice policies, use of discretion, harassment, entrapment, prison overcrowding, parole, shock probation, equal access to justice, and current issues as they develop. Special emphasis will be placed on current sociological research that relates to criminal justice issues. Lecture Credits: 3 Offered When Needed
