CS 701 - Algorithms for Computational Science This course provides an introduction to algorithms and their application in Computational Science. The main objective of the course is to develop students’ algorithmic thinking and problem solving skills by exploring and implementing algorithms that are used in solutions to a variety of problems of modern significance in Bioinformatics, Molecular Biology, Computational Chemistry and Physics, Astronomy and other areas of Computational Science.
