MNG 635 - Knowledge Management The objective of this course is to introduce students to the concepts and
theories relevant to the acquisition, development and dissemination of
knowledge in organizations at the individual, group and organizational
level. Multiple perspectives of organizational learning and several current
models of knowledge management systems and processes related to internal and external sources of knowledge will be examined. At the completion of this
course class members will be able to demonstrate a comprehensive framework for designing and implementing successful knowledge management strategies for leveraging the intellectual assets of the organization. Lecture Credits: 3
