SPA 150 - Beginning Hispanic Culture through Conversation I

This is the first course in a two-course sequence in beginning Spanish. There is a promotion of all four language skills: comprehension, speaking, reading, and writing. Emphasis is put on integrating the basic grammatical structures of the language into proficiency- oriented activities focusing on culturally relevant topics. Students enrolling in this course will normally have no prior experience studying the Spanish language.
