SCS 417 - Principles of Clinical Management in Audiology

The clinical practicum in Audiology will provide students with hands-on training in audiological equipment, clinical testing procedures, and counseling of audiological findings. This is a 3-credit course that will use a combination of class instruction and performing audiological tasks in the audiology booth associated with the weekly topic. Assignments will focus on writing up the clinical findings of the weekly topic. The semester will progress from the individual audiological tasks and reporting to performing full audiological evaluations and composing full audiological reports.
