HST 397 - Drug Traffic in Latin America This course offers a historical perspective on drug trafficking in Latin America since the late 1960s. It will explore the impact of this activity on the region, its aesthetic representations, its methods of expansion, and the involvement of the United States. Developing critical thinking and analytical skills, students will learn how drug trafficking culture perpetuates harmful stereotypes about the countries affected by it. Lecture Credits: 3 Prerequisite: ENG 120 or Honors Status Offered Fall, Winter, Spring, & Summer
