CS 768 - Web Applications Development This course provides an in-depth introduction to the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of web applications. The course covers both client-side and server-side software development using a variety of markup, scripting, and programming languages and techniques. Interfacing to a database, deployment on an Apache server, and multi-browser support are also discussed. Special emphasis is placed on user-interface design and software efficiency. A number of projects will be assigned throughout the semester to reinforce the material covered during lectures. Lecture 3 Credits Prerequisite: CS 600 Offered When Needed
