Advanced Certificate in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior (2199)

The Advanced Certificate in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior is a graduate-level 12-credit program designed to provide continuing education and training for organizational behavior/human resources professionals, or for those who wish to enter the field. Courses cover relevant content knowledge and best practices in the following domains: organizational behavior management; applied behavior analysis; motivation and employee engagement; training and development; talent acquisition and assessment; research methodologies; consulting and organizational change; leadership; and legal and professional standards.

The Advanced Certificate is a stand-alone certificate; however, all 12 credits earned may be applied to relevant degree requirements of the MA in Psychology - I-O Specialization .
