CHM 424 - Advanced Topics in Biochemistry This advanced course examines current and advanced topics in the field of biochemistry. Students will study these advanced topics in-depth using primary literature, including application to pharmaceuticals, drug treatment, toxicology, and/or clinical methods, with an emphasis on new and advanced techniques for imaging biological systems in vivo and in vitro. This course will expand students’ knowledge scope in the field of biochemistry and connect topics in biochemistry to their future careers and to society. Lecture Credits: 3 Co-requisites: CHM 321 or BIO 419 Offered in the Fall and Spring Semester.
