MNG 650 - Small Business Management This course studies one of the fastest growing segments of our economy - small business. Specifically, the course covers the challenges of developing, starting, and operating a small business in the United States. Through cases, readings, and lectures, the course helps students develop an awareness of the complexities of managing such an enterprise. Topics include opportunity analysis and resource management, developing a business plan, capital sourcing, and start-up mechanics.
