CHM 422 - Biochemistry 2 A study of the relationship between the three-dimensional configuration of proteins and their mechanism of action. Areas of concentration include enzymes; blood proteins; muscle, nervous and connective tissues; hormones; and antigen-antibody interactions. Course of study also includes protein synthesis and the central position proteins hold in the architecture and functioning of living matter.
