CRJ 2107 - Evidence and Procedure A comprehensive analysis of the State and Federal rules of criminal evidence and procedure. Particular topics include: judicial notice; presumptions; the nature of real and circumstantial evidence; burden of proof; province of court and jury; documentary and physical evidence; hearsay evidence; confessions and admissions; defenses; and the use of witnesses, as they relate to criminal cases.
