ENG 432 - The Victorian Age The course examines Victorian literature as it reflects the dominant forces of the age. Specific topics include industrialization, gender roles, and colonialism. Texts will be drawn from a range of genres and authors, including George Eliot, Alfred Tennyson, Charles Dickens, and Elizabeth Gaskell. Lecture Credits: 3 The prerequisites for all ENG courses at the 300 and 400 level are as follows:
1) Either ENG 120 or ENG 122
2) Either ENG 212 , ENG 213 or ENG 214 Offered in Alternate Years, Spring Semester
