BIO 100 - Foundations of Biology

This course is a one-semester lecture course for students who are planning to major in Biology or another science but were not placed into General Biology (BIO 101). This course is designed to prepare students with limited background in the sciences and mathematics to succeed later in more advanced courses. The course will focus on developing writing, quantitative, and critical analysis skills as well as provide proficiency in the scientific method as well as a broad understanding of basic biological concepts.
