CS 446 - Computer Graphics This course introduces fundamental concepts in 2D and 3D computer graphics, including graphics primitives, geometric transformations, 2D and 3D viewing and rendering. Basics in linear algebra are covered for understanding of image representation and manipulation. In addition to regular homework assignments, students are exposed to the literature in computer graphics, and implement a computer game using existing techniques published in the recent literature for the final projects assignment. In this course, students gain sufficient breadth in recent development in Computer Graphics to prepare them for studies in related fields, such as 3D game development.
