SCS 206 - Normal Acquisition of Speech and Language The course will cover the perception, production emergence, development and interrelationships of the five components of speech and language: phonology, syntax, morphology, semantics and pragmatics. Theoretical issues of language acquisition will be introduced. This course focuses on early (ages 0-3 years) language acquisition. Lecture Credits: 3 Prerequisite: SCS 101 or equivalent Offered in the Spring Semester
