Prerequisites for Admission:

• A baccalaureate degree
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• General Chemistry with Lab: CHM 107  or equivalent from outside institution*
• Microbiology with Lab: BIO 118  or equivalent from outside institution*
• Anatomy and Physiology I and II with Lab: BIO 136  & BIO 137  or equivalent from outside institution*
• Developmental Psychology: PSY 441  or equivalent from outside institution*
• College Level Algebra or Higher: MTH 137  or equivalent from outside institution*
• Statistics: MTH 270  or equivalent from outside institution*
• Ethics (preferably medical or bio ethics)

*A minimum grade of B is required for all prerequisite coursework, unless taken at Iona, where a minimum grade of C+ is accepted. All prerequisite coursework must be completed within 5 years of enrollment.
